Day Two

On Tuesday we woke up early to watch the sun rise, what an amazing sight. Jim, Austin and I went for a walk on the beach and around the island. Later we drove around the island to an undeveloped part of the beach to collect sea shells which of course Kaleigh wanted to pick them all up. We also went to see a Sea turtle rescue place, it was really sad with the limbless turtles. We also went to some shops then back for more swimming and playing in the sand. We also realized you could throw bread off the balcony and the sea gulls would catch it and eat it, they got where they would eat out of Jims hands, the kids loved it. After dark we got flash lights and went out onto the beach to look at crabs. I believe this was Kaleigh’s favorite activity, we walked up and down the beach and the crabs would come out of the holes and run from us. Bobby and Kaleigh would run after them and she would tell them to stop, Bobby would catch them and she would pet them it was the cutest thing. Jim, Austin and I would run from them, it was so funny watching us scream and run around after the crabs.
